Your Company AI Email Customer Support – Live in 5 Minutes

Until recently, customer support was one of those things you just had to grind through — replying to tracking questions, refund requests, or account issues manually or hiring a team to do it.

That’s changing fast.

With tools like GPT-4 and better fine-tuning options, it's now realistic to have an AI agent read incoming emails, understand the context, and generate accurate, helpful replies — even in your own brand voice.

We built SuppFlow to do exactly that.

It connects to your support inbox, drafts replies you can approve or send automatically, and learns from how you respond, from your products, website and knowledge. You can also set rules for specific cases, like sending tracking links, handling logins, or responding to reviews.

It's currently being used by SaaS products and online stores that want to keep support fast and personal without scaling headcount.

Would love to hear from others building in this space or anyone dealing with messy support workflows.

Huge win for scaling without losing the human touch..

Really impressed by how your AI learns from past emails to understand nuanced customer needs! At Accio, we're seeing similar patterns in procurement conversations - like when suppliers say 'fast delivery', the actual timeline can vary dramatically.

We've adopted a similar approach of learning from historical interactions while building in confirmation steps. Would love to exchange more insights - always great to connect with others working on AI-powered business communications!

Curious how it handles edge cases?

So there’s no actual product? Just a landing page and testimonials? :D I wanted to register, but nothing is happening after I click join.

I guess I’m too naive in that sense - I went the old school way: built the thing first, then started trying to get users. Maybe I should have just made a figma mockup and some AI-generated testimonials :D

Jokes aside, is this a demand test or are you planning to launch a real version soon?
