I’ve been seeing more founders asking what to do with pages that lost search visibility after the latest Google updates, and one pattern keeps coming up. It doesn’t seem to be as simple as “human content good, AI content bad.”
The pages that seem to hold up better are the ones where someone actually thought about what was being published: proper research, useful structure, accurate information, and content that genuinely fits the product and audience.
AI can absolutely be part of that process but the problem is when the process is basically: keyword - generate article -publish and move on.
That approach makes it very easy to end up with dozens of pages that technically target different searches but don't give people much reason to read, trust, or remember them.
I’m starting to think the bigger lesson from the recent updates is that content created to genuinely answer something is holding up better than content created simply because there was another keyword to cover.
