Recently we planned to changed our app onboarding flow design and content. So for that wroking on our app new welcome screen. What we did here, designed new style and changed Title & Description.
So as a random user who don't know about the app, which title & description you feel like you understand clearly about the app.
Thanks in advance 🙌
you already know what to say
As a cold user, “Type Once. Reuse Forever.” (05) is the clearest — it immediately tells me this is a text expander / shortcut snippets app. “Write Using Shortcut” (04) is the next best, but it’s a bit generic without saying what the shortcut does.
A small tweak that would make the onboarding much clearer: put the category in the description, e.g.:
“Create text shortcuts (snippets) and expand them anywhere — emails, support replies, DMs. Example: /addr → your full address.”
Most of the others (“Type Less…”, “Small Tool…”, “Make your keyboard…”) feel like benefits but don’t explain what the product is until later. If you lead with 05 + a concrete example, I’d understand it instantly.
I like the last two UIs, "new kind" is very tempting and makes me wana see and test, where as "Small tools, Big Time" is actually talking to users as we always need to save on time and willing to pay for small solution not a whole suite of them
this is my POV and might need more feedback before going on
good luck
