Your feedback: new feature for widget toolbox

Hello again IH! 👋

Since my launch of See Memo (seememo.com) — your custom widget toolbox — I've received some good feedback which I've used to iterate on the proposition. Below, I share my learnings and have open questions for you!

💡 Learnings I've applied include:

• More examples: Widgets by themselves don't solve a problem. Use cases do. I've added more examples on the landing page and in the app
• Onboarding UX: It's interesting that roughly 15% who signed up actually went onto publish a widget. Only 5% would keep the widget published. I've fixed UX issues and added tutorials to engage more of the first-time users.
• Widget types: See Memo only offered simple forms and announcement widgets in the initial launch.

What I want to learn from you

...which brings me to my latest feature: NPS surveys. It's a new type of widget you can create with See Memo. Your feedback on the following would be appreciated! 😊

• NPS: Anyone out there looking for a simple NPS survey tool?
• Other ideas? What other types of widget have you needed in the past that could be an interesting addition to See Memo?
