Your negative/positive thoughts about CRMs
So i was looking for some example about CRM and pipeline management software. and i wanted to know some stuff. so if you are interested you can share with us some of your +/- thoughts and i will be glad if you answer some questions.
Q1 : do you as a startup use any kind of CRM? if no how do you manage your things?
Q2 : best CRM you use before and why?
Q3 : does the UI/UX have that great importance about the success of a CRM?
Q4 : if you could make CRM better what do you propose?
I went through many CRMs, including really, really early-stage ones, and I think any CRM that is not engineered for a specific use case is having a hard time. As a full-scale business owner (from design to business development), no CRM can keep up with all the different folks that we speak to, because they force us to adhere it to a specific flow.
The only good widespread CRM I have found is Airtable. It works flawlessly, integrates with absolutely everything, is beautiful and so easy to use.
