Your New Best Automated Employee!
Hello all!
I have been dying to hire a virtual assistant to handle repetitive tasks for me and after figuring out that these tasks are so repetitive I can automate them, I decided to build my own virtual employee/assistant.
We are going to begin using it within Duct and I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in piloting the product out for free after we test it?
Essentially, it is a central hub to integrate all the different tools you use in a message like interface and as you use commands to perform actions and communicate with clients it asks you questions based on actions/messages.
So say you send an email string asking for different meeting times, when you finally agree on a meeting, a question would pop up and ask "Schedule meeting at 4:00 PM on Saturday".
It's similar to Slack workflows but higher level and without the need to build with workflows yourself. Just let me know if you are interested! I would say the product is best for new startups with small teams, agencies (marketing, design, etc) and freelancers/solopreneurs.

This sounds interesting but I'm just curious - the functionality you outlined is already available in AI bots whether that's in Slack or some other product. I use Zoho for my own freelance work and there's a bot called Zia that hooks into the different available tools and can certainly suggest meeting times.
That being said, I like all your products so far and I'm sure you must have thought of some USP and so I'd certainly be interested in helping take your product for a test drive!
I saw Zia before. I didn't use it because it seemed like the integrations with the million apps I use I would have to integrate myself when I was looking for something that would already have all the integrations set so you just click an on-off switch for the integrations you want. It also seemed more cookie-cutter and not project-based.
Essentially my product is broken up by project. So if you work on a project basis (like many) there is one central place for you to find and use everything with the bot that also acts as an assistant.
I guess now that I separated out like that, its more of an AI project manager than assistant! I am also thinking of releasing it as a browser extension to chrome so you can have it right there always to use!

Hmm... I suppose I can sort of see the appeal for some of my larger projects that span more than a month 🤔. If I understand what you're proposing, the tool would allow me to centralize everything client/project-wise e.g. Client X emails me asking to implement Feature XYZ and I can ask the AI tool to pull up my latest integrations with Client X (whether that's email, calendar, git, word documents, etc.) and that would sort of act as a central repository?
I hope I've got the gist of it correctly because, if so, I can see some use cases!

That's exactly what it is! It's the central hub to do anything with all the integrations/tools you use with the ai that also suggests next actions based on previous done ones.
Also, what are the tools you use for invoicing, scheduling, etc so I can ensure they are there for integration when you get your test link?

Well as I mentioned, I'm already hooked into Zoho's suite and all their products are well-integrated so it's easy enough for me to keep track e.g. Zoho Bookings for booking, Zoho Meeting for meetings and so on.
However, if there were some way for the AI tool to fetch some of the following, I'd be interested:
That being said, I don't think I'm your primary target market so even if the tool doesn't have any of these integrations, it's all right I'd still like to try it out because, who knows, I might like the integrations you provide out-of-the-box 🙃.
