Your next customer just posted about their problem. You missed it.

It happened 47 minutes ago.

Someone on Reddit posted: "Does anyone know a good tool for B2B lead gen? Our cold emails aren't working."

Perfect fit for your product. Ready to buy. Actively comparing options.

By the time you see this post tomorrow during your "weekly Reddit check," they'll have:

- Gotten 8 recommendations

- Researched 5 tools

- Signed up with someone else

- Forgotten the post existed

This is the problem nobody talks about:

Your ideal customers are discussing their problems right now. Not next week. Not when you get around to checking.

Right. Now.

While you're:

- Building features

- Writing docs

- Sleeping

- Making dinner

They're asking for recommendations. Evaluating solutions. Making buying decisions.

And you're not there.

The manual approach doesn't scale:

Sure, you can check Reddit every few hours. Set up Google alerts. Monitor LinkedIn.

But you can't be online 24/7 across multiple platforms.

Your competitor in a different timezone? They caught it. Replied within 20 minutes. Got the signup.

You found out 3 days later.

Here's what works:

Real-time intent monitoring with instant engagement.

When someone posts a buying signal → Detect it immediately → Engage with value within minutes → Start a warm conversation.

Not tomorrow. Not in 6 hours. Within minutes.

This is what I built LeadSynth AI to solve:

- Monitors Reddit, X, LinkedIn 24/7 for buying signals

- Detects intent in real-time ("looking for," "need help," "recommendations")

- AI agents engage automatically with contextual, helpful replies

- Warm conversations start while you're focused on building

Why this approach works:

You're not cold emailing strangers (0.5% response rate).

You're answering questions people literally just asked (40% response rate).

They're in buying mode. You showed up at the exact right moment.

The shift:

Stop thinking: "I need to find 1,000 leads this week"

Start thinking: "I need to be there when my customer asks for help"

One is exhausting and ineffective.

The other is automated and converts.

The unlock for indie hackers:

You shouldn't be spending 15 hours a week prospecting.

You should be building, shipping, improving your product.

Let AI handle the 24/7 monitoring. Let AI handle the instant engagement.

You handle the close.

What LeadSynth does:

→ Never miss a buying signal across platforms

→ Engage prospects within minutes, not days

→ Start warm conversations automatically

→ Get back to building instead of prospecting

Distribution shouldn't be your full-time job when you're trying to build a product.

The reality:

Your next customer is posting about their problem right now.

Question is: Are you set up to catch it?

Check it out: leadsynthai.app

Question for IH: How do you currently monitor for buying signals? Are you catching them in real-time or finding out days later?

Interesting approach. The timing problem is real - perfect threads do get buried fast.

One thing I'd add though: the targeting matters as much as the speed.

Even with real-time monitoring, commenting on threads with 50+ replies means you're competing for attention. I've found better results targeting low-comment posts (0-5 replies) where you can actually be seen.

I use Wappkit Reddit tool more for the research/filtering side - batch-scrape subreddits, filter by engagement, find the threads worth engaging with. Different approach - less automated, more intentional.

Curious about the AI auto-reply quality. Does it feel genuine enough that people actually respond? That's always my concern with automated engagement.

    1. 1

Yes it feels very genuine indeed and i get alot of replies

Spot on, Mahmudul, real-time intent monitoring is a game-changer for indies like us drowning in manual prospecting. Building BOS+HUB alpha (dual OS for ops/AI/community), I see the same with feedback signals: Miss 'em by a day, and the moment's gone.

How do you tune LeadSynth's AI to avoid false positives on vague posts?

    Excited for this!

    1. 1

We have specific algorithms we built for this false positives such that only high quality prospects are matched for our customers

Find right audience at right time and u mint money😄,good use case had never really thought in that direction

This is painfully true. By the time you “check later,” the deal’s already gone.

The timing problem is real. I've been doing something similar but with a different approach.

Instead of real-time monitoring, I focus on threads that are a few days old but already indexed by Google. Less competition because everyone's chasing the fresh stuff.

The trick is finding posts with low comment counts - like 2-3 replies - where nobody gave a proper answer yet. Those convert surprisingly well because the person's still checking notifications.

I built a free desktop scraper (Reddit Wappkit) to filter by comment count and subreddit size. Not as fancy as AI auto-replies but it cuts my research time by 80%.

Curious about your AI engagement approach though - how do you keep replies from

Hi there, it's a good idea. Please share how you manage anti-bot lead behavior, such as asking for a recipe to check if they are talking to a bot (unfortunately, bots can sometimes be a bit unnatural in conversations). And another question: any anti-ban functionalities?

    1. 1

Well our AI Agents are context driven and send messages based on context of the prospect and what you offer so its not spammy, and also we have anti ban functionalities implemented as we dont send many messages at once it spanned across the whole day and also for example i personally use leadsynth and so far it has sent 5200 messages for me and no banning ever occured

Intent based prospecting and real time signals is the way, keep it up man!

Sign me up, definitely need to try out this new way of outreach and lead gen.
