Hola Makers,

It's been almost 3 weeks since i posted my landing to be reviewed and there was some good things that i learned from the mistakes i've made.

I think the over the fold area looks pretty good, it's visually pleasing. For my taste, a bit perhaps too busy with a lot of elements going on, but it's probably just a personal preference as I prefer simple and minimal things.

What I don't like is the Favicon, though. It's a weird design choice trying to fit your logo AND the product name into the tiny Favicon, which makes it impossible to read. Just use the logo there.

Also, by just reading the over the fold area, I don't really understand what this product is. You say it's an editor for my profile, but what profile are you talking about? One line of description text could help here, in my opinion.

I cannot get any audio to play from the video. Clicking the speaker icon doesn't do anything. If there is no audio by design, you should reconsider that. Videos should have audio.

Watching the video I start to get an idea what this product is. This seems to be an editor for social media profiles (or just Twitter?). I wish you would say this on the landing page, so I wouldn't need to be guessing here.

"Reflects your brand and style can help you build a consistent and professional online presence." - This reads like something an AI produced. It makes no sense.

The second text "Visually appealing banners can help engage and retain your followers" doesn't end with a period while the other two do. This shows lack of care in polishing.

The FAQ finally explains what this product is, I wish you would do this earlier, though. I doubt all visitors would have the patience to read a FAQ just to understand what your product is. It should be crystal clear from the very beginning of your landing page.

I'm still confused about the pricing, though. The FAQ kind of implies this is free, but I'm unsure. If this is free, you should blast that in your copy so it's very clear. If it's not free, the pricing needs to be made clear.

I think this is an interesting idea, but it needs more polishing. It seems quite rough around the corners right now.

Hey thank you for giving it time and reporting all these remarks.

      • I totally agree with your for the favicon it is not readable at all.
      • For the features section, i think i have to rephrase things so it will be more clear to users.
      • For the pricing it's mentioned in the hero section with an image that says "Free to use" and i think it's enough to make users realize it's free.

Once again thank you for the remarks!

"Free to use" on a website doesn't really mean that something is actually free. If your thing is really free, you should highlight that way more.

    Hi Zouhir,

I didn't see the first version of the landing page, but I think this one is really cool and aesthetically pleasing. However, based on my initial experience, I think a possible improvement you could make is to immediately sell the "how" at first view.

When I first landed on the page and saw "Make your profile stand out with Bafancy Editor," I wasn't sure what profile it was referring to or what Bafancy Editor was. I scrolled a bit and saw the video, but I skipped it and had to scroll all the way down to the "Gallery" section to fully understand what the product is about.

I'm really interested in the idea and think it has a lot of potential with a large market, but I think it might be easier to grab people's attention by explaining at the outset how the product can help people make their social media profiles stand out.

For example, "Make your profile stand out" and then a brief tagline like, "Create customized social media banners with Bafancy Editor." Next, show some pictures of the cover banners generated by the tool. This way, people will understand the product right away and won't have to do as much scrolling to get an idea of what it's about.

Those are my two scents but I might be wrong.

Keep up the good work and keep pushing forward!

    Best regards,
    Deji

I highly agree here with Deji, I think your FAQ answer here:

This tool is for creating Twitter banner templates that help make your profile stand out and be more noticeable on the platform.

Perfectly sums up what your product does and why it’s useful. It would be nice to see this earlier on in the landing page to really clarify what it does.

Hey Deji, thank you for the feedback.

You are right i got same remarks in my head when i re-visited my landing page haha.
I will be working on it soon to make it more clear for users.
