Maybe? I think you have to first come up with (a) a business use case, and (b) some instructions on how to implement it.
I went through the process real quick but when it came to "downloading" it, I had no idea what I'd do with the download.

The site allows you to generate an ID string based on your customization. This game ID can be entered in the app to import that particular configuration. This way you can challenge your friends to beat your score in the game you created.
