Hi dear Indie Hackers!
I'm looking for someone to discuss with via email the technical feasibility of a web application I'm working on.
I'm not going to spam you or bother you, I just want the perspective of someone more knowledgeable than me (by far) as I'm learning React and programming in general (I have a semi-pro background in no-code development).
Basically, my app needs to connect to a seller account on a marketplace and perform scheduled tasks like publishing an article or sending a message to another user.
The main problem appears to manage to keep a constant connection with this marketplace to do the monitoring and to pass the Captcha.
Some technical people I've met have told me it's doable, others not at all or way too complex to be viable (as a SAAS business).
I would really appreciate your help!

If there is CAPTCHA involved to access the sellers account, then it's there exactly for the reason of preventing automated activity. Even if it is possible to circumvent it right now, that's going into an "arms race" against that marketplace, which is a bad foundation for any business. A better approach would be to use an API - assuming that the marketplace has one.
At any rate, if I have not discouraged you enough, I'm up for more correspondence - email in my IH profile.
