They won't email you. They won't leave a review. They'll just stop logging in.
And the frustrating part is that most of them didn't leave because the product was bad. They left because they didn't know it was getting better. They churned between the update you shipped and the moment they would have noticed it.
That gap between what you built and what your users know you built is where retention quietly dies.
I've talked to dozens of founders about this over the last few weeks. Almost every one of them could remember a user who churned without explanation. Almost none of them had a system for closing that gap.
That's why I built ReleaseLog.
Public changelog so your users know what changed. Public roadmap so they know what's coming. Feature request board so they feel heard when they submit feedback. AI writing assistant so publishing an update takes minutes. Email notifications so updates reach your users automatically they don't have to come looking.
Free forever plan available, so why not?

I like your product. I'd sport your Changelog and Roadmap in your demo app on my site.
In the demo I wasn't quite sure what I was looking at though. I think I understand now that it's your app and it's very robust, with a dashboard and settings - that Acme is the mockup brand and it's their dashboard with their view of their Changelog and Roadmap - maybe a view that would be similar for their users.
I think if you showed the public facing view, perhaps on your home page (dogfooding), and made it more clear that the demo is your customer's app, it would remove some question marks over your visitor's heads.
One other thing. Your second and third pricing tiers look like they have a lot of filler, making it hard to spot what might be important.
Good luck, you deserve to succeed.
Thank you for this feed back, this is great
