...and is it clear from the landing page what services we provide?
Thanks in advance for feedback :)
My critique:
1 .First page (above the fold) has too much text. i really had to force myself to read it all.
2. The USP is untrustworthy. It hard to believe that you have "first ever" platform doing something with sales.
3. The first impression is that your site is some kind of Sales Gigs site.
This critique is not to bash your product but to give you points where you improve.
Thanks Marky, really appreciate your feedback. You aren't the first to pick up on the USP stuff. It's terrible and needs to change asap. The site has gone through a few variations of positioning and it seems like this shows! (first it was about linking businesses directly to freelancers, then it was that we were AI led, now it's that we are a 'platform' where you have more control / transparency over your campaigns) . Think I need to go back to the drawing board. You are actually right that we are kind of a 'gig site' (www.repstack.ai/callers), I'm still slightly unsure about how relevant to make this aspect on the business-facing side of things. Thanks again for the pointers, really insightful!
Value prop is clear to me. Pricing is completely opaque. This would be a show stopper at this stage of my indie hacking adventure.
Thanks Caleb, you're not the first to mention the pricing issue so thanks for highlighting again. Good to understand how off-putting it is not having a pricing info up there, sounds like I really need to prioritise this. The reason there's nothing up yet is I have been trying to gauge feedback from potential clients when on the phone to see whether my pricing is in the right ballpark or not. (I think) I have something that seems logical nailed down now so looks like I should get something up there pretty sharpish. Thanks for taking a look mate!
Happy to help :)
I suppose you could A/B test different prices on the website 🤔
Not clear at all.
No case studies beyond a few logos.
Pricing opaque so it's hard to tell how much time to invest investigating.
No about page, you provide more background on your experience in your IH profile than you do on the site.
Thanks mate, really appreciate the honest feedback. Fortunately, I've just secured the first couple of strong testimonials so will make that a priority to get some case studies on there asap! Good to hear your take on pricing as well, tbh the lack of pricing page is a result of my own indecision about how best to price the product i.e. whether to do as fixed monthly subscription payment, or whether to price on a more granular level e.g. per hour of telephone time and per volume of data bought / emails sent etc. Sound like I need to pull my finger out and make that decision quickly! Cheers for the feedback!
You're absolutely not the first to do sales out sourcing. Contracted SDRs have been around for ever, common tactic for companies that can't afford to have a full timer.

Just to name a few that pop up on duck duck go.
Thanks for the feedback Chuck. I had my concerns about that copy when I wrote it and on reflection I don't love it when I read it back! Atm, it's definitely not clear from the business landing page how our offering is different from traditional SDR outsourcing services. My intention was to try and essentially define a slightly new business category i.e. that we are a 'Sales Outsourcing Platform' rather than just a 'Sales Outsourcing Service'. On reflection I can easily see how it looks like I'm trying to claim that we are the first ever company to offer outsourced sales (which was definitely not my intention!). Definitely need to make some improvements pretty quickly!!
On a slightly different note. Does it change anything to you as a potential business client if you are made aware of this aspect of the business... www.repstack.ai/callers
I agree with previous comments, "first ever" makes me suspicious. I think you've done a good job of outlining what the product does. Do you have an AI or automation in your app? If not, I would caution against use the .ai TLD.
Finally, since the list of things the app does is so long I would suggest more screenshots showing it actually does all those things.
I hope that helps and good luck.
Thanks for the feedback, sounds like I definitely need to change that hero text! So the actual USP of the product is that we've built some pretty cool ML tools which run Sentiment Analysis and NLP on the audio recordings. We've then built models on top of that which allow us to monitor and track call quality scalably without the need for as many human sales-managers. Hence we can offer better quality sales call for much cheaper. In a previous iteration of the site this was the core of all our messaging (as it's what I thought separated us from the other guys), but the feedback was that people didn't seem to care much about ML tools, they just cared about cost, speed, testimonials etc. I've since bought the .com address so will at some point move stuff over I think. Thanks for taking the time to review!
Looks excellent, but could be slightly clearer. There's some user interface screen grabs in there, which is confusing me. UI typically gives the impression I use this tool myself, but you're saying that you sell sales services. So it's more a sales service than an app, but the landing page feels a bit app orientated. That would be my feedback. Maybe the app is a core part of it, but it kind of just looks like a form that a client fills in then you get on the phone to them.
Don't get me wrong, this looks like a stellar service, but you should probably change the content to be more service orientated, rather than software. Also, what have you achieved for your clients? What % of sales increase in what time? Maybe averages if it's not shareable content.
Thanks for the really thoughtful feedback, you've really got down to crux of the problem, which is not really about landing page design but more about the actual positioning of the business offering. I can really see why it's confusing when the site feels like SaaS but the product just looks like a service. Perhaps I need to put greater emphasis on the features which separate us from just straight-up traditional outsourcing services. I'm hoping that our next couple of feature releases might really drive this home as well (automated LinkedIn reach out tool, and automated content generation tools etc.). Thanks again for the taking the time to give feedback, much appreciated :)
Happy to help, good luck with the launch.
