You're an entrepreneur. NOT an inventor. STOP trying to reinvent the wheel or coming up with unique untested business ideas.

This is what I have to tell my self every day.

For some reason, I keep trying to come up with great business ideas. The funny thing is that the only businesses I've ever started that actually made me some money, were the ones in which I replicated an already proven concept, locally.

I think a lot of people have the same problem. We come here hoping to find a great idea we can replicate, to get some inspiration, or to validate a unique business concept. I'd be very curious to know how many unique ideas posted here ever made $100 or even saw the light of day.

To fix this common problem, I started digging on

What is the one reason people pay you?

Well, the blunt answer is - if you solve a problem for them.

So I started digging for problems and that's where I realised I am facing one right now i.e., I am paying too much to manage my local group.

Hence, I started working on a new SaaS platform where people could manage their local communities for affordable price and better usability. If you like to be a part of my journey, please register your interest at our pre-launch page.

Please share your thoughts and concerns to help make this a better product.

Yes, you should always be solving problems. But, that doesn’t mean you should only try what’s already been tested.

You’re not the first person I’ve seen try to innovate in this space. But, why are you better than something free like Discord or Slack? People are already part of communities on these platforms. I’ve seen new communities launch and die because they picked a platform where people couldn’t be bothered to sign-in and check updates regularly, e.g. Circle.so

I’m not purposely going out of my way to ask pointed questions—I’m genuinely curious and your landing page isn’t selling me.

    Kind of a philosophical problem.
Even if you start by replicating a proven biz-concept, after a bunch of iterations you will end up with something highly personal and unique because people are different.
