I launched YourTeamSpace on Product Hunt this past week (Aug 31). It's an all-in-one workspace—dashboard, AI chat, notes, and tasks—built for freelancers, students, and small teams who are tired of juggling five different apps that don't talk to each other.
A few honest notes from the first few days:
Launched on Product Hunt with 2 upvotes so far—not exactly a viral moment, but that's kind of the point of this post: talking about what launching solo, without an audience built up beforehand, actually looks like.
Building solo meant the launch prep (assets, copy, timing) took longer than the actual dev work—some weeks
The feedback that's stuck with me most: [any specific user quote or piece of feedback worth sharing]
What's next: I'm heads-down on a retention/engagement system so the app actually nudges people back in a useful way, not an annoying one, plus a team collaboration feature (shared notes/tasks, invites, roles) since a chunk of early signups are small teams, not just solo users.
If you're building something similar or have been through a PH launch yourself, I'd love to hear what worked (or didn't) for you.
