I started a YouTube channel focusing various startup topics (hiring developers, product market fit, etc). As a tech consultant for about 7 years (iOS, web, Node/React/React Native, AWS etc) across a couple dozen startups, I've seen a fair amount - good and bad - and want to use that experience for material on YouTube.
I'm looking for topic suggestions or questions. Any input or thoughts about what IH users would find helpful and informative? Link to channel below:

Friendly advice, you need to create custom thumbnails.
Thumbnails are enormously important on YouTube. If people don't click, they don't watch. Some Youtubers spend just as much time planning the thumbnail as they do the video.
So instead of just taking the default generated one, create your own with words, human face, and showing emotion.
I think you should focus in just one subject, right now your channel don't have a clear identity...
I usually go for either highly entertaining (e.g. TechLead, Day of 2012, various comics, etc…), something specialized like 3 blue 1 brown or interview shows like This week in startups.
I would like to see other products in action that can help me with my business .
Something like PH ...but where IH'ers could send you demo videos of their products .
I would like to know more about how deep learning / AI , could help my business ,
product submission sites , marketing a start up etc.
