You've launched your project. What challenges you have faced running project?

Anything you've had trouble with.

From running the project infrastructure wise to project management.

Let me know. Thanks!

The most underrated challenge after launch: ops fragmentation. You launch, get a few users, maybe some paying customers - and suddenly you're managing sales conversations in email, projects in Notion, revenue in Stripe, and client comms across three apps. Nothing talks to anything.

It doesn't feel like a problem at first because you can hold it in your head. But by month 3 or 4, something slips. A follow-up doesn't happen. A client feels forgotten. A deliverable gets missed. Not because you're disorganized - because the system was never designed to hold everything.

The challenge isn't any one area. It's the coherence across all of them.

What fixed it for me: building a unified ops layer before it became a crisis. CRM, projects, client portal, revenue dashboard, decisions log, and weekly review - all cross-referencing each other in Notion. When something needs attention, the system surfaces it.

What's been the hardest to keep coherent post-launch - sales pipeline, client delivery, or something on the ops/admin side?

Figuring out what would move the needle the most 😅
