"ZenCup" is a coffee subscription built into a reusable coffee cup. With ZenCup you pay for your coffee by scanning your cup at the counter.
Using a QR, you can identify the cup holder, request payment, read his favorite coffee, know about (non-)dairy preferences, allergies. The drink can be prepared by a barista or a machine...
How does it compare to just walking up to the barista at Starbucks, taking your reusable cup from home, and just asking for whatever drink you like? Do you feel the automatization (as opposed to the friendliness of humans) would be beneficial for the business? Where would this be implemented - a new coffeeshop chain, or should it be sellable/compatible with existing points of sale?
