Zero ads, zero virality: how I got my first 50 daily visitors as a solo founder

I’m building Linkeme, a tool that helps founders automate useful, human content for social media. No growth hacks. No “viral” gimmicks. Just a workflow to stay visible when you’re too busy to post every day.

So when I launched, I wanted to test one thing:

Could I get traction with zero ad spend and no audience?

Spoiler: yes.

Today, I get 40–60 daily visitors, completely organically.

Here’s exactly what I did 👇

🔍 1. Focused on one message

My positioning wasn’t “AI content tool” (too broad).

I narrowed it down to:

“An automation system for solo founders who don’t want to spend 5h/week writing posts.”

That small shift made all my messaging 10x sharper.

🧵 2. Posted consistently — but not manually

I wrote 40 posts based on:

  • My own founder journey

  • Questions I saw on Indie Hackers and Reddit

  • Insights from user interviews

Then I used Linkeme to:

  • Turn those into short posts and threads

  • Schedule them across LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Track clicks and profile visits, not just likes

Posting every day became “set & forget”.

🔗 3. Recycled everything across platforms

I repurposed each post into:

  • A short blog on my site

  • A dev.to post

  • A mini thread on X

  • A comment on relevant Reddit threads

  • A Notion article shared in private Slack groups

Same idea, different wrapper.

This created small but steady streams from different sources.

💡 Bonus tips:

  • SEO? Too early — but I still made sure each post had 1 keyword in mind

  • Reddit? Great traffic if you add value first, promote second

  • Indie Hackers? Not for traffic — but amazing for feedback and real conversations

📈 Results after ~10 weeks:

  • 50–100 site visits/day

  • 200+ email subscribers

  • 20 early user accounts

  • 0 € spent

Not insane growth. But honest, sustainable, and repeatable.

And most of it now runs automatically thanks to the system I built.

If you’re a solo founder trying to stay visible without getting burned out by content…

I’m building Linkeme for you.

That’s seriously impressive — both the concept and the traction! Linkeme solves a very real pain point for founders who want to stay visible but can’t afford to spend hours crafting posts or chasing trends.

The fact that you’re getting 40–60 daily visitors organically, with zero ad spend or pre-built audience, really proves the value of the problem you're solving. No fluff — just practical content automation. Looking forward to seeing how Linkeme grows from here!
