Zero conversion rate after 57 views: what I found

Published a euro 3 PDF guide 4 days ago. Got 57 views on Gumroad. Zero purchases.

Did the forensic breakdown:

• Checkout works (tested)
• Traffic is real (Gumroad view events)
• Main issue found: no cover image, product looks unfinished

Fixing it now. At 57 views and 0% conversion, is this an audience problem or a page problem?
