Sales Team vs. Self-Serve Onboarding

Can we convert new accounts with just marketing?

Or, do we need a sales team?

We're testing a new homepage experience where we use a quiz-style funnel to onboard them.

I think we will still need to have sales for big accounts (Over $4k / month) but I hope this helps convert people at the $1300 / month tier/
