1PixelStory
Collaborative art: one pixel + one message per person.
Hey IH — I’m building a tiny collaborative art experiment called 1PixelStory.
Each person chooses an active artwork, adds one pixel, and writes one short message. When a canvas hits 100 pixels it gets archived permanently.
What I’m trying to learn:
does the “one pixel, one message” constraint feel fun vs frustrating?
would you come back later to see how it evolved?
what social mechanics would make it stickier (reactions, reply-near-pixels, rare event pixel)?
If you want to see it in action: https://www.1pixelstory.com
Would love blunt feedback: is there a hook here worth iterating on?
About
I built 1PixelStory as a tiny internet experiment: constrain contributions to one pixel and one message, and see what kind of collective artwork (and behavior) emerges. I’m interested in the social mechanics of constrain
