Screen sharing focused on collaboration
I've always developed under the shadows. I rarely publish things that I work on, mainly because my (paid) work is behind NDAs, but also because I don't feel I have something to offer.
Today is the day that I start changing that. I want to succeed, if not in this project, in my next, or in the next. But I will keep trying until I make myself useful to the world.
If my experience, even if it's a failed one, helps even one person.. Then it was worth it to publish here.
With the tremendous weight of impostor syndrome, I decided I needed to launch this to the public.
Built a simple video to showcase it, as fast as I could, before that awful syndrome dragged me down again. Wrote a simple comments and clicked the launch button.
Fingers crossed I suppose?

On christmas day, I wrapped up v0.0.1. Basic functionality (screen sharing, voice, and annotations), and support only for Windows at the moment.
First time working with several technologies such as streaming audio/video, and desktop apps (web being my specialty).

When I first started coding back in 2018, I used a similar app. It allowed sharing screen, voice, annotation, controlling the other's computer via mouse and keyboard events.
I've always wanted to build something similar. But my knowledge was lacking for some years.

This is replicating an app that I used a long time ago. It exists to tell myself that I've learned enough to recreate it.
