How to offer your remote team more flexibility

I just whipped up a new blog post on some options on how to offer your team more flexibility. Remote working has become a big trend in the last 5-10 years, but how else can we offer more options?

Some options:

  • Allow Shifted Schedules
  • Allow Shorter Work Weeks
  • Cycle Workers to Part-Time When They Request It

Leaders and managers: how do you offer flexibility to your teams? Do you see a measurable benefit from these offerings?

    Treat people like responsible adults and they will then behave accordingly! :)

    Allow people to make their own decisions in how they should work.

    Stop tracking hours, it is stupid.

      Completely support and agree!
      What I'm doing is just setting up some goals for some time frame and that's it. Nothing else.

      Also, we can make some calls to sync from time to time...

      But I should note that it only works with people you trust and who are professionals, this won't work with anyone.
