360Katas

We launched on Product Hunt today. Got close to 300 upvotes so far and currently at No 10! Will keep updating the post to share the latest numbers :)

Launched exactly at midnight Pacific Time and activated all our personal networks to get an initial bump and then the PH traffic kept it going! Will share website traffic once the launch day is concluded!

360Katas just passed 25 signups! This has been the result of several efforts, including blogging and social media marketing.

Unfortunately, we don't yet know how many of these were organic from the Slack App Directory as we didn't have much tracking on our blog and website in the early days. But now that we integrated with Google Analytics on our website, we should get more data on which of our marketing efforts are bearing fruit!

Happy to share that we are now live on the Slack App Directory! It took a couple of weeks because we had to make a couple of changes to the App to comply with Slack guidelines!

We started getting downloads immediately, probably because there are very few Slack apps specializing in feedback! Will keep you posted on our progress in the coming few weeks!

Woohoo! We are finally done with our MVP!

In the MVP, users can select what questions to ask from their colleagues, choose their colleagues, send a request. In a week, they will be able to view the anonymized responses as long as at least 2 people respond!

We are uploading to Slack App Directory and should be live in a week or two!

We just started building 360Katas as a Slack App. Having been part of multiple teams that used 360 degree feedback, we realized that it has some shortcomings although the framework itself is amazing! The primary of them being that it is normally clubbed with performance reviews and is not voluntary in nature.

A tool that enables users to seek voluntary 360 degree feedback from co-workers more frequently while not taking up too much bandwidth is the idea we started with!
