Initial Commit
I have been setting up Docker dev environments for my work and personal projects for a long time, and I found myself repeating myself.
I thought about it, and clearly there was a way to refactor the basics out, so that any time I get a new project idea, I can just pull the code I already wrote for setting up the dev environment, and get to the real business ASAP.
