What if we were able to take the Trail Assistant GPT experiment past the chat interface? I’m working on a tool that takes the user’s prompt adds in a map, and makes planning a hike (or backpacking trip) way better.

I'm always experimenting with new tools. When they announced the ability to roll you own GPT I had to give it a try. It’s based on an idea I've had for a while, it is actually kinda hard to pick a route for a backpacking trip. This GPT helps you plan it.

It's been a looooong time coming but finally have a new site up. Still adding to the work section, but a site showing recent projects and outlining the new freelance structure is out in the wild. Really excited to finally have this out there take a look! https://www.abiv.work

After experimenting with lots of different models over the year we've settled on a subscription based model that serves us and clients better. Initial clients are happy and the new work style ensure higher quality results. We still have availability through he end of the year if someone is looking for UX work.

Reworked my existing website, as well as hooking up calendly and PayPal.
Nerdy but I'm maybe too excited that I figured out how to auto submit info from a link in the calendly email to auto populate info in the customer questionnaire in Google sheets.

First trial run with an actual paying customer. Testing out the methodology as well as the technology set up. Overall wen really well, customer is happy and will send over a testimonial I can add to the website. There is a lot I can do to streamline the setup process.

I structure freelance work a little differently. A monthly fee allows you to submit as many requests as you want and I work through them one by one, no monthly caps, quick turn arounds.
