Website security monitoring for web agencies & freelancers

Looking for beta testers - honest feedback needed
Achilleus monitors SSL certificates, security headers, and DNS for agencies managing multiple client sites.
I launched last week and got 227 visitors but 0 signups. Either the messaging is wrong or I'm solving a problem nobody has.
If you manage client websites, I'd love your feedback. Try the instant scanner at achilleus.so (no signup required) or reply here if you want full access.
About
Agencies managing client sites need to track SSL certificates, security headers, and DNS but it's tedious to check manually. Enterprise monitoring tools work but they're like $200 per site. I built something in between.

Just tried Achilleus — super fast scan and clean UI. I manage a few client sites and can see the value, but the homepage doesn’t make the “why” totally clear. Feels a bit like the Spike Game vibe — simple and sharp. Nice work!
'The homepage doesn't make the why totally clear' - I love that feedback. Not much of a copywriter myself, clearly! 😅
I'd love to understand what would make it click instantly for you. Would you be up for a quick 10-minute chat about your experience with Achilleus?
Thanks a lot! Really appreciate you giving Achilleus a try. Totally hear you on the homepage clarity — that’s something we’re iterating on right now. Love that you caught the Spike Game vibe too — clean, fast, and straight to the point is exactly what we’re going for.
That visitor-to-signup gap is a common launch problem. It's likely the traffic isn't from your ICP (agencies). Have you tried targeted cold emails directly to a small list of agencies? It's the fastest way to validate your messaging and see if your solving a real problem for them. Got a few B2B SaaS tools to their first 10 paying customers this way. Happy to share some ideas if you want :)
Thank you so much Colin. I think you nailed it. Most of my visitors come from Reddit/HackerNews - perhaps mostly devs or tech people who don't see the value since they're happy with Cloudflare or similar tools.
I was actually considering cold emails or LinkedIn prospecting and looking into tools like Lemlist or Clay. There's definitely a learning curve with these tools though.
I really appreciate the insight - Mind if I reach out on LinkedIn if I have questions?
Just sent you a connection request, happy to hear from you
Richard, let's connect! You can also write me on email directly. colin@prospectai.dev

Looks solid, but I wonder if the target audience really feels the pain you’re solving. Most agencies already use integrated monitoring tools (Cloudflare, UptimeRobot, etc), so they might not see an urgent reason to switch. Maybe positioning it around "client reporting" or "compliance visibility" would make the value clearer.
Thanks Dennis - this feedback is gold. You're right about the existing tool integration challenge. I've been thinking of UptimeRobot as uptime monitoring, but just checked and they are way beyond that - pretty comprehensive feature set.
The positioning around client reporting/compliance visibility is defo interesting - might be the better angle since agencies are probably settled with their monitoring stack.
Appreciate you taking the time 🙏
Happy to help! Also, I think I could help you solve these problems.
We’re hosting a free online event with marketing and tech specialists who helped startups raise in Silicon Valley. It’s a Q&A session, so it could be a great way to find some solutions to your challenges :)
is not user friendly -
its too black if you are selling security it should be a transparent color - is missing the back button in the page not the browser and I can go on more - but let me know if you want to work together I can tested the website - just ping me
Thanks for taking a look! I really appreciate. Right now my main challenge isn't bugs or design issues - the app works fine and I have light/dark mode available.
My problem is product-market fit: I've had 227 visitors but 0 signups, so I'm trying to figure out if agencies actually need this or if I'm solving a problem nobody has.
QA testing won't help with that unfortunately - I need to validate whether the core value proposition resonates with agencies managing multiple client sites.
Hi Richard,
let me take a look at your website
