ActivAI
AI gym workouts you start and track — not Notes copy-paste
I kept doing this:
1. Ask ChatGPT for a workout
2. Copy it into Notes
3. Lose track of sets mid-session
4. Have no real history of what I actually did
So I built ActivAI — chat with an AI coach, get a structured workout (not a text wall), tap play, and track sets, rest timers, and RPE. It logs other sports (padel, runs, surf days) and uses that context so gym recommendations account for fatigue.
Live on the App Store (iOS + Apple Watch). Solo dev, side project. 1 paying user so far — honestly looking for feedback, not claiming PMF.
Would love to hear:
• Would you use AI workouts if they were one tap to start?
• What would make you trust an AI coach?
• What would make you delete it immediately?

About
ChatGPT gym plans are fine until you're in the gym scrolling Notes. I built ActivAI so AI output becomes a real workout: tap play, track sets/rest/RPE, log sports, and train smarter around fatigue.

I like that you're solving the gap between generating a workout and actually completing one.
Most AI fitness tools optimize for creating plans. The harder problem is turning those plans into something people can execute without switching between apps or losing context halfway through a session. That's a much more meaningful workflow to improve.
Thanks — yeah, this is what I was solving with app, that loop drove me crazy: paste into Notes, find the note, try to follow it, copy-paste again if you want to redo or change something — and zero tracking.
Interesting.
Reading your reply made me realize the product is solving more than the copy-paste loop.
It made me think about a consequence of that workflow shift that isn't obvious at first, and I don't think I can do the reasoning behind it justice in a thread.
If you're open to it, what's the best email to reach you on?
