May 25, 2026 Bootstrapping a marketing OS out of the UK. Would love to hear your thoughts. Looking for feedback.

Hey everyone,

I’ve spent years in the trenches of performance marketing, and I finally got fed up with how broken the traditional agency and software model is.

If you are a scaling brand or founder running your own marketing, your stack probably looks like a mess: you pay one tool to route leads, you pay for a separate dashboarding tool, native ad platforms constantly over-report their own success, and you still end up using manual CSV spreadsheets to tie it all together.

We realized the problem wasn't a lack of tools; it was a lack of unified infrastructure.

So, my team and I bootstrapped adCasa out of the UK. Instead of building another basic "chatbot wrapper," we built a true AI Marketing Operating System.

We threw out the feature paywalls. We put everything—Google Ads, Meta, CRMs, and Slack—on an infinite visual canvas where you can build automated routing workflows without writing a single line of code. We also integrated causal inference math to calculate true incremental ROI (so you can stop relying on biased, fake platform attribution).

Most importantly, we priced it using a transparent, usage-based compute model. You only pay for the execution the engine actually does.

We just got our Indie Hackers product page live today. I’m not here just to drop a link and run. I genuinely want to know:

1. Founders running your own ads: What is the most frustrating part of your current marketing stack?

2. I would love some raw, honest feedback from this community on our landing page positioning. Does the "AI Marketing OS" framing make sense to you?

If anyone actually wants to test the infrastructure, you can use the code FOUNDER50 for 50% off the first month of compute.

Looking forward to building in public with you all!

About

I built the adCasa OS to solve my own problem and give operators a single, persistent visual workspace. I wanted an infrastructure where humans dictate the strategy, and the machine handles the execution and the math.
