WordPress Maintenance and Support Services
I read about the WPBuffs interview in IH and realized if WordPress support services have enough market. I did more research about the competitors and the required technologies to create a WP support services business. I decided to make my own business!

Looks like you have launched a very polished product. My question is this, however - how do you stand out of the crowd?
It's a competitive market and the last thing you want to do is compete on price, as it's a race to the bottom.
Think about niches you can serve and then tailor you offering and pricing accordingly.
Good luck!

Hi @lozmatic, thank you for your feedback.
Of course compete on pricing will hurt all of us. I will avoid it. I'm a freelancer that day by day is competing to get 1 project. I can get more than 50 competitors in 30 minutes.
When I search for an unlimited service as I built, I only found around 20 competitors or less. Same jobs as a freelancer, but different approaches to clients.
I will focus on my blog posts as my inbound marketing strategy.
It's not a "winner take all" game, and just a small piece of cake is enough for me.

Good point the last one - the cake is getting bigger too.
Have you thought about targeting a particular niche?
For example, WordPress support and maintenance for _________ businesses.
The cake would be much smaller but you would have less competition. Your inbound efforts would be more effective too.
Do you have a website for your freelancing?
