Today is 3rd day on indie hackers. Also today I got some valuable and informative feedbacks. I very thankful for them who gave the feedbacks. I think I made a little progress. Also I'm expecting more feedbacks from you guys.
Now I'm on the 2nd day in the indie hackers. Still nobody looked my webapp(AdsRoad). Today I made some updates on my webapp. I hope someone will look into that and give me some genuine feedbacks.

This deserves care because the alternative is letting you spend more months building something that structurally can't work.
Ad platforms are one of the hardest categories in software. Two-sided network effects (publishers AND advertisers needed simultaneously), $billions of infrastructure over decades, real-time bidding with sub-100ms latency, fraud detection. Google Ads, Meta Ads — these took 20+ years and trillions of dollars. Solo with AI in 1.5 months can't replicate even 1%.
"Equal priority" also misunderstands how ad platforms work. Auctions exist because impression inventory is scarce. Removing auctions doesn't make ads cheaper — it makes inventory worthless.
"Day 2 still zero" — most IH launches get 0-50 visitors total. IH is a community, not a discovery channel.
Honest: this isn't a sellable product as designed. Not fixable by marketing.
Your AI-coding skills are real — bottleneck is category choice. Solo founders win narrow. "Better Google Ads" isn't winnable. "Tool for [specific small business in specific Indian market] solving [specific pain]" might be.
What's a problem you've personally felt as a Kerala-based developer? Real pain with direct context is where solo founders win.

I need tell you somethings. By i mentioned equal priority is achieved by a equally weighted randomized ads display process. For example, let's take 1 to 10. I randomly choosen 5. So then on next selection process 5 is excluded from picking, only 1 to 4 and 6 to 10 are considered for picking. That's why I said AdsRoad gives equal priority.

The mechanism you described actually makes the structural problem worse. Random rotation removes targeting — the only thing advertisers pay for. Publishers won't carry inventory that earns pennies per thousand impressions when Google Ads earns dollars. Random rotation makes inventory worthless, not equal.
Your AI-coding skill is real — wrong category. Solo founders win narrow. What's a real problem you've personally felt that's narrow enough for one person to address?

I'm not 100% clear, but it seems like you are trying to design a game with actual advertisements in it? Similar to Rocket League?
Do you think having games on the phone instead of the web would make more sense? Interested to know your thoughts-

I thought webapp is more easily accessible. If I made this into a mobile app, it require user to download and try this app. I thought it's kind off frustrating. Because nobody knows what kind of platform is this. So in the beginning everybody come here to check, what is this. That why made it in webapp.

Hi man, I like the simplicity, but I lost interest fast. Maybe it would be better if there where actual ads in the billboards.
Here is another idea that you might use going forward. Back in the early 2000 there was this simple 2d car driver game called Mujaffa, funny, addictive, but real simple. The player uses keyboard arrows to steer the car, dodge other cars and to pick up gold chains in the road (extra points). What if you had created something similar with the 3d angle and the billboards still there. Maybe the player earn points for clicking the billboards, maybe the player earn the right to post an ad if he reach the finish line in time. Maybe you the founder - dont earn money from people putting up ads but for the ad pay-per-clicks. Im just brainstorming here. It would demand more game coding off course. I will say that if feels like it could have some virality to it, reminds me of the Million Dollar Homepage in its charm.
I am zoned in usually to a design perspective, and the first thing is that I had no idea what the website was when I first clicked the links because was too focused on the ducks to see the billboards. Theres definitely some design and UX tweaking needed, ducks and billboards were going fast enough to make me dizzy if I looked too long.I would take others who's perspective is more on the market sense into consideration, the beauty of building is that you built something.

Do you think our currently existing advertisement platform are expensive? I think so.
That's why i thought about an advertisement platform where everyone gets equal priority and not boring. Then I took an inspiration from old malayalam story, It's called "ponnmuttayiduna tharavu". In English it means "The duck who lays golden egg". Then I designed the website. Then decided to build this using AI tools. I used free version of antigravity, cursor, and codex to build this project. I used supabase for database and razorpay for payments. It took one and a half month to complete this project. Then here I am.
