I was doing market research on enterprise SaaS pain points and kept

seeing the same complaint everywhere teams getting blindsided by vendor auto-renewals

they didn't see coming.

One story stuck with me: a company got locked into a multi-year contract

that auto-renewed at a significant markup. The notice period had already

passed by the time anyone noticed.

I looked for a simple tool to prevent this. Everything I found was

either expensive enterprise software that took weeks to onboard,

or spreadsheets.

So I built Aeitor.
