Aera: Health & Readiness
Training readiness scored against your own baseline
This is my app. Aera is a Training Readiness app for iPhone and Apple Watch: it scores recovery against your own baseline, and tracks load and personal bests on the roads you actually repeat. Your week and your roads, scored against you — not against population averages. Everything runs on-device, and there's no account to create. It's a solo side project and I'd love feedback from anyone who trains outdoors on the same routes: what would make a readiness score actually trustworthy to you?
