24 AI prompts that replace a part-time marketing hire

April 5, 2026 I just launched my first AI prompt product — here's what I built and how

I run a small marketing agency and kept running into the same problem: everyone has an AI subscription, almost nobody gets consistently useful outputs from it.

The issue isn't the model — it's the prompts. Most prompts online are vague and generic. You get something that sounds right but isn't actually usable.

So I built a structured system. 24 prompts organized into 6 modules covering everything a marketing team actually does:

- Brand & Positioning (voice, value prop, competitor analysis, personas)

- Content Calendar (30-day planning, pillar system, repurposing)

- Ad Copy (Meta hooks, Google RSA, email subject lines, landing pages)

- Campaign Management (briefs, segmentation, seasonal calendar, debriefs)

- Analytics & Reporting (monthly reports, A/B test analysis, bottleneck diagnosis)

- Agency Toolkit (onboarding, proposals, client reports, retention)

I also built 12 Excel templates to go alongside the prompts — offline, no internet required — and a 56-page PDF with every prompt in full.

Three things I learned while building it:

1. Prompt format matters more than the model. Structure wins every time.

2. Generic input = generic output. Specific details produce usable results.

3. Most people don't repurpose content. One good post can become 5 formats in 10 minutes with the right system.

Just launched today on Product Hunt: producthunt.com/products/ai-cmo-growth-playbook

And it's available on Gumroad: gokdeniz38.gumroad.com/l/ai-cmo-growth-playbook

Happy to share any of the individual prompts in the comments — just ask. Also genuinely open to feedback on what's missing or what could be better.

This is actually solid — most people blame the AI, but it’s 100% the prompt. Structured prompts + real use cases is what actually makes it usable
