AI Consultant OS 2026
Full Notion Template for AI Consultants & Prompt Engineer
Hey Indie Hackers! 👋
I'm excited to share AI Consultant OS 2026, a complete Notion template designed specifically for AI consultants and prompt engineers.
🎯 What is it?
After building $40k+ in AI consulting projects over 6 months, I realized I was spending 5-10 hours every week on admin work instead of delivering value to clients. Leads were scattered across spreadsheets, my best prompts weren't organized, and I had no clear system.
So I built this Notion OS to solve those problems.
✨ Key Features:
• Clients CRM - Track leads, proposals, and win rates
• Finance Tracker - Monitor revenue and expenses
• AI Projects Dashboard - Manage all deliverables
• Prompt Vault - Store and organize your best prompts
• Task Manager - Never miss a deadline
• Dashboard - See all key metrics at a glance
💡 Who is it for?
AI consultants, prompt engineers, and freelancers who want to:
- Stop wasting time on admin work
- Organize their client pipeline
- Track their business metrics
- Build a professional workflow
