The SOP problem is real but the fix isn't more documentation - it's getting your assumptions out of your head faster.
I was stuck writing process docs for weeks before I realized the bottleneck wasn't the docs, it was me thinking I needed perfect systems before delegating. Started recording 5-min Looms of how I actually do things, then let the team own improving the process from there.
