Intersting! Why do in a chat interface though? could be just seperate cards no.
Another suggestion though as a patient or even a pharmacy person is to be find a perfect alternative. a lot of times, the exact medicine is not available at a pharmacy so being to confidently find the perfect alternative can be really helpful. I asked the chat for it but it had no context on my earlier question so it asked me to specific it again
Yes alternatives is a very specific market requirements , I guess and I think I should get into Indian market which itself is huge - the only reason I havent done alternatives yet because its not somethign expected in other markets.
But you have a real point -
As for chat interface, well thats purely because most and majority of humans are used to this interface
