Finally sent the product for review to the Shopify team 🤞🤞can't call it the release day since I'll have to wait for the feedback from them and it can take some back and forth.
It's relieving though that app and the system behind it is in a shippable state and ready for real customers.

Today I finished the MVP of the product I've been working on for the last 6 weeks. I'm switching my efforts to do some marketing before giving it another look prior to the final release.
It's funny to see how the statements you've heard in various talks or from business-oriented friends actualize and you start to truly understand them 🤔 rather than just hear them.
Having the product mostly ready feels like just scratching the surface.

BTW how is codeherald.com doing? any updates? growth plans?
It is my moonlighting project on weekends and odd evenings, so it is slow going. Most users so far are friends and acquaintances. I am adding one or two features a month and aiming to build a codebase that I can reuse for other projects later, if I choose so. Last week a VC scout reached out suggesting I apply to their accelerator, it was a nice gesture. Not sure how they found me, considering I did not advertise anywhere. For certain reasons I cannot really post regularly about this project on my blog, and have to earn my points before I can have my own little section on Indie Hackers. :) So in the interim I am browsing Indie Hackers and reading on stuff I am not familiar with (marketing, seo, acquisition, business, etc.), browse and try to comment on other's people's projects.
Hope the Shopify review goes/went well! I looked at your product website - it looks great and it's a great idea. I used to work in a VC funded startup that tried to do something similar, but they never looked at Shopify and focused on large companies with large paychecks. AI Shoot might as well be the alternative for everyone else!
