From script to finished video – a fully automated workflow
For the last few weeks I thought I was building an AI Shorts Generator.
The more I worked on it, the more I realized that's not the real value.
Anyone can generate one AI video today.
What creators actually struggle with is figuring out what will work.
So instead of focusing on generating a single video, I started building tools to generate multiple content variations from one idea:
Different hooks
Different angles
Different storytelling styles
Different visual styles
Random voices
Different subtitle styles
The goal isn't to tell creators which video will go viral.
The goal is to make it easy to create multiple versions, publish them, and let the audience decide.
I'm curious:
If you create YouTube Shorts or TikTok videos, do you usually spend more time creating content, or trying to figure out which idea is worth publishing?

Hey everyone,
Most creators don't struggle because they can't make videos.
They struggle because they can't test enough ideas.
A lot of people spend hours creating a single Short, then wait and hope the algorithm likes it. If the idea doesn't work, all that time is gone.
I wanted a faster way to test hooks, topics, formats, and content angles without spending hours editing every video manually.
That's why I built AI Shorts Batch Generator.
Instead of creating one video at a time, you can generate entire batches of faceless Shorts from a single topic and quickly discover what resonates with your audience.
Main Modes:
🎬 Single Mode
Enter your own script or upload a .txt file for full control.
🚀 Batch Mode
Provide a main topic and style. The AI automatically generates sub-topics and creates a full batch of videos.
🎥 Hybrid Mode (my favorite)
The first scene is a real AI motion video, followed by slideshow or parallax scenes. A good balance between quality, speed, and cost.

Fast generation using high-quality AI images with smooth motion effects.
🌌 Parallax Slideshow
Creates separate foreground and background layers for real depth and more dynamic visuals.

Fully AI-generated video with natural motion and cinematic scenes.
You can also customize image styles, Kokoro voice narration, subtitles, background music, and other visual effects.
The goal isn't just producing more videos.
The goal is to test more ideas, learn faster, and identify winning content before investing time and money into scaling it.
It's especially useful for faceless channels in niches like psychology, motivation, facts, history, Reddit stories, top lists, and similar formats where success often comes from testing many ideas rather than perfecting a single video.

Reading this, I found myself wondering whether creators actually run into a content-production ceiling as often as they think they do.
A lot of people describe the problem as "I can't make enough videos."
Then a few months later they're sitting on hundreds of videos and trying to solve a completely different problem.
I'd be curious what convinced you production speed was the constraint worth optimizing around first.

That's a fair question.
What convinced me wasn't the need to produce more videos for the sake of producing more videos. It was seeing how much of content growth comes down to testing.
Many creators spend hours making a single video, then wait to see if it works. If the idea fails, they've lost a lot of time.
My view is that the bottleneck isn't necessarily content creation itself — it's the ability to test enough hooks, angles, topics, and formats to find what resonates.
Once you look at it that way, production speed becomes a way to accelerate learning rather than just increase output.
Of course, once creators have hundreds of videos, the challenges shift toward distribution, retention, and monetization. But getting enough data points to know what works is often the first hurdle.

Possibly.
What I found interesting is that "faster production" and "faster learning" can sometimes look identical for a while even when they're creating very different businesses underneath.
That's probably the part I'd be most curious about.

Great idea. The website looks very ok. One minor detail that jump into my eyes: prices in green have only 1 decimal digit, but the greyed ones have two (and that’s correct). I will try the functionality to see how it performs. Best regards.

I think that's an interesting shift. Generating a video is becoming easier every month, but deciding what to publish is still the hard part.
If I were using a tool like this, I'd probably value the ability to test different hooks and opening seconds more than generating entirely different videos. Those first few seconds usually have the biggest impact on whether people keep watching.
It'll be interesting to see which variations consistently perform better over time.
That's exactly the direction I'm exploring.

I'm experimenting with templates that generate different opening hooks while keeping the core idea the same. That way creators can quickly test which introduction gets the best retention before investing time into producing more content.
I'm curious whether people would actually use this workflow regularly.
That makes sense. I don't think most creators struggle with generating content anymore—they struggle with choosing between ideas. If testing different openings becomes part of the normal publishing process instead of extra work, I can see people coming back to it regularly.

I'm already experimenting with random visual styles, voices and subtitle variations in batch mode. Camera angles, focal lengths and lens styles could be another layer of variation without changing the story itself.
I like the idea of making every batch feel visually different by default.
The shift you described feels important because you're moving from generating content to generating experiments.
Creators rarely know which version will resonate beforehand. If your product helps them test better hypotheses instead of producing more videos, that's a much more defensible problem to solve.
I really like the way you described it: "generating experiments."
That captures what I'm trying to build much better than "AI video generator."
Instead of asking AI to make one "perfect" video, I'd rather help creators generate multiple hypotheses and let real viewers decide which one works.
I'm still figuring out the best workflow, but I think that's a more realistic approach than trying to predict virality upfront.
