AI Sightline tracks how brands appear in AI search results
I've spent the last two decades working at the intersection of marketing, brand, and data. I've watched Google rankings decide which companies get found and which disappear. That ranking system is being replaced right now, and most marketing teams haven't noticed yet.
Here's the shift: when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot "what's the best tool for X," the answer the AI gives is the new top search result. There's no page two. There's no scroll. It's one answer, and either your brand is in it or it isn't.
Most brands have no idea whether they're showing up, being cited, or getting buried behind a funded competitor. The existing tools to measure this either cost $500 a month and lock the data behind an enterprise sales call, or they're too thin to give a marketer anything useful. There's a gap in the middle where the actual buyers live.
I built AI Sightline to close that gap. It tracks how a brand appears across all six major AI platforms, runs sentiment analysis on every mention, flags citation issues, and tells teams exactly what to fix on their site so the AI answers pick them up. Starts free, scales from there, no sales call required.
AI Sightline exists because I believe the next ten years of brand visibility will be won or lost inside AI answers, not Google search results. The teams that start measuring it now will win. The teams that wait until it's obvious will be too late. I wanted to build the tool that makes it easy for any marketing team to be in the first group.
About
Half of the buying research that used to happen on Google now happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. When a buyer asks AI "what's the best tool for X," that answer is the new top search result.

Traditional SEO tracking is becoming obsolete because ranking on the first page of Google doesn't matter if an AI chatbot never mentions your brand in its final answer.
The real challenge is that most marketers are still optimizing for keywords while AI models are actually looking for authority signals and verifiable citations across the web.
Do you think sentiment analysis is the most important metric for brands right now or is simply being included in the AI's top recommendation the primary goal?
