AI form filler that extracts & autofills across pages
The motivation was simple:
My girlfriend works in finance. Every day, she had to manually copy invoice and contract details from web pages or emails, then paste them one by one into her company's CRM. Repetitive, soul-crushing, and error-prone.
It wasn't just her. Her coworkers, HR, and shipping staff were all doing the same thing — grabbing data from Page A and filling out forms on Page B.
So I built a Chrome extension: Aiformfills.
What does it do?
Click "Capture" on any page → extract structured data automatically.
Go to the target page and hit "Fill Form" → AI maps the data to the right fields automatically.
No coding, no complex mapping rules. Works right out of the box.
Current status:
Ran internally for 2 months; my girlfriend's coworkers loved it.
Supports custom prompts to tweak extraction for unique pages.
Users have completed 1,559 form fills so far — but since going public, I've received almost zero feedback. Honestly, it's been frustrating and confusing.
I'd love your help:
Do you deal with tedious "extract from A, paste into B" workflows in your job? What specific forms are involved?
Would anyone be willing to spend 5 minutes trying it out and tell me: What's confusing about the landing page at first glance?
What's your biggest hesitation when considering a tool like this? (Privacy? Accuracy? Compatibility?)
For those who've built similar products — what actually gets users to leave feedback? I'm genuinely trying to figure this out.

The 1,559 completed fills make the lack of feedback especially interesting. It sounds like people are getting enough value to actually use it, but that may not mean they’re comfortable enough with the workflow to explain what they trust or distrust about it. I’d be curious what separates the repeat users from everyone else.
You’re so right — I honestly never thought about analyzing what separates the repeat users from everyone else. Because of privacy concerns, I only track the total number of form fills and don't collect any other user data, which leaves me with no way to observe or break down user behavior on that level. That’s definitely something I need to think through carefully.
That’s a pretty interesting constraint — you’ve got meaningful usage, but almost no behavioral visibility behind it.

On \"confusing at first glance\" — I read the page as someone who has never heard of you: (1) \"Autofill any web form\" in the headline reads like every password manager, so the thing that makes you different — capture from one page, fill into another — is hidden until the FAQ. That cross-page transfer is the whole product; it should be in the first screen. (2) Step 2 of your 3-step explainer says \"AI Converts to JSON\" — the person you built this for (finance, HR, shipping) doesn't know or care what JSON is; \"AI pulls out the details\" keeps them in the flow instead of blinking at it. (3) For an extension that sees whatever you copy, privacy is the make-or-break question — and \"Your data never leaves your browser\" is currently a feature tile below the fold. Put a one-liner next to the Install button. (4) \"Free 20 uses/month\" made me stop and ask \"what counts as a use?\" — one sentence fixes that. On the zero-feedback problem: silent bounces usually mean the page didn't communicate value or safety quickly enough, not that people disliked it — clarity fixes tend to move that number more than asking for feedback.
