Hello! This is my fist post. I created AIHire"scratching my own itch". I was unemployed and having a hard time writing a cover letter and a new resume for every job application. I came across the term ATS (Applicant Tracking System), which are programs designed to filter candidates that do not meet the exact requirements for the job.

So, this is the formula.
X -> we know that the best way to apply for a job is to make job-specific resumes and cover letters.
Y -> the problem is that it is tedious and time-consuming.
X + Y = solution!
The solution is automating this process with top-notch AI.

AIHire is capable of creating a resume, a cover letter and a follow-up email in seconds with the exact same requirements for the job that you're applying to.
