Free tools for links, QR codes & tracking
For a while I kept running into the same annoyance: I just wanted to shorten a link, or generate a QR code, or build a UTM - and every tool wanted me to create an account first, or hit me with a paywall after 5 uses, or plastered the result with a watermark.
So I built AIN Project - a small collection of free tools that each do one thing, with no signup and nothing tracked:
Short links with click counting
QR codes (URL, text, email, phone, Wi-Fi, vCard)
UTM builder for campaign tracking
Link-in-bio pages
Password generator (runs entirely in your browser)
Word & character counter
The whole idea is "small systems, big possibilities" - clean tools that stay out of your way. No account, no subscription, no clutter. A few of them (password generator, counter) run fully in the browser, so nothing you type ever leaves your device.
It's a solo side project, built in plain PHP + MySQL (no frameworks), and I've been slowly polishing it - recently added SEO landing pages, an analytics panel, and a full test suite.

I'd genuinely love feedback - especially: which of these tools do you actually reach for, and what's the one small utility you always wish existed but can never find a clean, free version of? Always looking for the next thing worth building.

The no-signup approach is probably the biggest advantage here. A lot of small utilities lost their original simplicity by adding accounts and growth loops.
The interesting question is whether the collection stays broad or becomes known for owning one specific workflow.
