Building AIPLAY 🚀 How did you get feedback from people who didn't already know you?
Hi Indie Hackers 👋
I'm Sungjin, a solo developer from South Korea.
After 14 years as an open-source engineer, I wanted to build something people genuinely enjoy using.
That idea became AIPLAY — an AI-powered entertainment platform with personality tests, face analysis, AI-generated content, MBTI experiences, and more.
Today, AIPLAY offers 40+ experiences in 7 languages.
One thing I've learned is that friends and family often enjoy the product, but getting honest feedback from people who don't know you is much harder.
I'd love to hear how other founders found their first real users and meaningful feedback.
Any advice is welcome.
