Finally, we have our first paying customer.

Finally, we got our first paying customer after two weeks of the pricing plan being launched, it's a good sign. You can't imagine how bad we were feeling in those two weeks, it's taken us one and half a year to develop, and we didn't get any revenue, you could feel the air was frozen, and the whole team felt anxious.

As I mentioned before, we didn't get much payment, we have some guesses, and the next step is to test and verify them. I thought we were too generous to give so many free quotas, so we released a new version to reduce the quotas of the free version. The result is good, we received 2 more payments in the next 7 days.

The next steps in optimizing pricing plans are as follows:

  1. Send a pricing sensitivity survey, and adjust the pricing based on the result.
  2. Provide more tiers, such as a Pro plan, to fulfill the bottom-up strategy.
  3. Free plan features should be restricted, and add more features for Pro and Team plans.

Thank you! Cristian! Actually, we are trying to improve it, but some users complain about the colorful design. LOL.
