AliTools Trends

After two months of looking for a good and inspired developer, we finally found Alex. Calm, well educated, inspired guy who is always ready to rock and solve questions of any complexity. He is not only cool technical expert, he is real product developer who is interested and ready to help with every aspect of the product.

We run the MVP. Our CTO spent 3 days to develop it and the real customer development started. It was quite funny. We organized multiple in-company hackathons to get some things polished and payment gateway integrated. Sushi, pizza, and Saturdays with friends. So cool!

We started to collect contacts of people who are interested in the idea to interview them. I found lots of interesting people and even make a few acquaintances. It was so exciting to talk to so many people from around the world! We had to figure out how our service should work here.

We choose one of 20 ideas we worked on for 1.5 months. Lots of hours of customer interviews and reading on the Internet and we are finally here. I have to spend 3 days analyzing 4 top ideas to chose from. The final decision came out of the strategic alignment of idea with company capabilities.
