Our founding team is comprised of our CEO Randy Rawlings, COO Joshua Eddens, and CTO Derek Urban.

Randy proudly grew up neurodivergent and is dedicated to harnessing AI for growth and opportunity, bridging the gap between technology and human potential. His journey through the public sector and aerospace-tech startups reflects his commitment to creating strategic partnerships and innovative, AI-empowered systems. Josh is an experienced growth strategist in the public and private sectors, with nearly a decade of driving customer and revenue growth, managing substantial client portfolios, and mentoring innovative and socially oriented startups through strategic angel investment. Derek combines his passion for cutting-edge AI with extensive experience as a Full-Stack Developer, focusing on designing powerful new experiences. His dedication to quality and innovation drives his work in creating technologies that address real-world challenges.
