AnimeGenius

It’s been six months since I launched AnimeGenius, and we’ve officially hit $5,000 in monthly revenue. The journey from MVP to this point has been both challenging and rewarding. Here’s what worked:

Focus on the Core Users: Early on, I made sure to build features that directly addressed the needs of anime fans and creators. This niche focus helped attract a loyal audience.

Iterate Fast: After launching the MVP, I kept improving the platform based on user feedback. Regular updates kept users engaged and coming back.

Leverage SEO: Organic traffic became a major revenue driver. By creating content and optimizing for relevant keywords, I built a steady flow of visitors.

Monetization Strategy: I introduced tiered subscription options that catered to both casual users and power users, giving us a solid revenue stream.

Six months in, we’re growing fast, and this milestone is just the beginning. With more features planned, I’m excited to see where we can take AnimeGenius next!

When I set out to create AnimeGenius, the goal was to build a fun, AI-powered platform where users could easily generate unique anime characters. With just 14 days, I focused on these key steps:

Define the Core Feature: The main goal was to create customizable anime characters. I avoided adding extra features to stay focused.

Set Clear Milestones: I spent the first few days building the AI backend, followed by designing the user-friendly frontend.

Launch, Then Improve: I prioritized getting a working product out there, then gathered feedback from early users to fine-tune the platform.

In two weeks, AnimeGenius went live. The MVP is just the start, and we're already improving it based on user feedback! Keep it simple, ship fast, and iterate as you go.
