Bing Ads (now microsoft advertising) is not Google Ads and the tools they provide to track conversions are fairly limited.
Essentially, beside a JS tracking pixel, you have either offline conversions tracking (manual csv upload), or you can use their API to upload conversions.
Needless to say that if you're a lone marketer, small agency, this lack of automation is a heavy burden if you run ads on bing, and prevent accurate campaign optimisation.
So we decided to hit this task and now we're the first to provide such integration for digital marketers.
