ApiFlash

Today, I just got the first paying customer of my re-launched product ApiFlash. It's just $7 per month but it's a start.

After a few weeks of hard work, the API now fully runs on top of AWS Lambda with support for web fonts etc. Today is the day of the quiet re-launch of ApiFlash. :)

I initially launched the product with another name: ApiLeap.
The domain and code where sold to Screenshotlayer because I needed the money. It's a decision I deeply regret since the domain is now well ranked on google when you search for a website screenshot API. Thankfully, during the negociation we settled on terms that would allow me to launch a competing product if I wanted to. I re-launched ApiFlash, basically the same product but based on AWS Lambda and with a lot more features. I learned my lesson: Don't sell too early, especially if your domain is riding up.
